Terms of Service

What the service is

The service offered is spiritual consultation and bakım: a one-to-one consultation, an assessment of the situation, identification of the type and source where one exists, and the carrying out of the work required.

Outcome

The result is from Allah. Our part is to take up the means. No guarantee of result is given, and none can be. Be careful with anyone who promises you a certain outcome.

Single fee

No money is requested under any name beyond the stated fee.

What is never done

• No binding, separation, or work intended to harm anyone. We undo magic; we do not perform it.
• Nobody is accused and no names are given. You will never be told "this was done to you by so-and-so".
• If there is nothing, you are told there is nothing. Not everyone is told they are under magic.

Health

This service is not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or psychological treatment, and it does not replace a physician. Where a medical cause is suspected, you are referred to a doctor. You will never be told to stop taking your medication. If you are under treatment, continue it with your doctor.

Confidentiality

Nothing you share is passed to third parties, published, or used in advertising.

Age

The service is for adults over 18. For anyone younger, a parent or guardian must make the request.

Appointments

The number of consultations per day is limited. If you miss your time, a new one is arranged.
