Refund and Cancellation Policy

All services and digital products sold here — including Manevi Danışmanlık (spiritual consultation and bakım) — are non-refundable.

Why

The fee pays for time set aside and work carried out. It is never payment for an outcome, and the cure itself is not for sale — healing is from Allah and has no price.

Rescheduling

If you cannot attend at your appointed time, write on WhatsApp before it and a new time will be arranged at no extra cost. Appointments can be moved; payments are not returned.

If nothing is found

If the consultation finds no spiritual cause, you are told so plainly and no further work is started and nothing further is charged. The consultation itself has still taken place, so it is not refunded.

Single fee

No money is requested under any additional name — no sacrifice, no materials, no "extra working", no "opening" fee. If anyone asks you for such a payment, it did not come from us.
